Join the Womens Engineering Society Hants and Dorset Cluster and Poole Marine Hub for an inspirational morning at the RNLI College. Learn from our speakers about their career paths, discover how to get the best from networking and the different initiatives locally to support diversity and inclusion.

The Department for Transport's Maritime 2050 People Route Map states: "The maritime workforce of the future will be diverse. New roles, new technologies and a changing image of the sector will draw in people from all backgrounds across the entire UK".

 This round table networking session aims to bring the marine, technical and STEM communities together to explore what will make a difference in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole.
